Terms of Service
The short version
This summary is here to help you. The full Terms below are what apply.
- Inkbound needs an account and a plan. Your books stay on your Mac, and you can always open and export them.
- The Monthly plan is $1 for your first 7 days, then $14.99 every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the app under Account, Manage billing, or without the app at inkbound.design/billing/.
- Lifetime is $129 once. It includes future versions of the app. AI credits are not included.
- AI credits are pay as you go. They are not part of any plan, can be used only while you have a plan, and are non-refundable except where the law requires.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires. We always fix billing mistakes and duplicate charges. The $1 week is the way to try Inkbound before you pay full price.
- Refer a friend and earn a free month when their $1 week is paid. Rewards have no cash value.
- Plans and Lifetime are available in the US only for now. A purchase paid with a card issued outside the US is canceled and refunded in full, automatically.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1 Inkbound is made by Five Line Studio, LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 2290 Queens Way, Naples, FL 34112, United States ("Five Line Studio", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@inkbound.design.
1.2 These Terms cover the Inkbound app for Mac, the online services that work with it (your account, plans and billing, AI features, updates and the Inkbound servers), and the website inkbound.design. Together we call these "Inkbound".
1.3 You accept these Terms when you tick "I agree" in the app, when you accept them at checkout, or when you use Inkbound after they take effect. If you do not agree, please do not use Inkbound.
1.4 Our Privacy Policy at inkbound.design/privacy/ explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. Please read it. It is a separate notice, not part of these Terms.
1.5 If you used or bought Inkbound before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026, section 14 explains what changes for you and what does not.
2. Your account
2.1 You need an Inkbound account to use the app. Accounts are provided through our sign-in provider, Clerk. You must give a real email address and verify it.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan, credits or a Lifetime license. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and make any purchase. Inkbound is not for children under 13.
2.3 An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in or let others use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure and tell us at hello@inkbound.design if you think someone else has used it.
2.4 Each person may have one account for the purpose of the $1 week and referral rewards. Creating extra accounts to get these benefits again is not allowed (see sections 5 and 9).
2.5 Available in the US only, for now. The Monthly plan and Lifetime licenses are sold only in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the other US territories, paid with a card issued there. In these Terms, "the US" includes the US territories. Our payment processor tells us which country issued a card only after you pay. If a Monthly plan or a Lifetime license is paid with a card issued outside the US and its territories, we cancel it right after checkout, refund the payment in full automatically and email you. The plan or license does not start, and it does not use up your $1 week (section 5), so if you live in the US you can buy again with a card issued in the US.
3. Plans: what you need to use Inkbound
3.1 To use Inkbound you need one of the following:
- the Monthly plan, which starts with a $1 week (section 4);
- a Lifetime license (section 6); or
- referral access you earned by referring friends (section 9).
3.2 Without a plan, you can sign in, choose a plan, and open the books already on your Mac in read-only mode.
3.3 Your work is always yours to take. Whatever your plan status, the books already on your Mac can always be opened read-only and exported as a plain manuscript backup (for example a .docx file). We will never lock you out of your own writing.
3.4 Inkbound runs on Macs with Apple Silicon and macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. The app needs an internet connection to sign in, check your plan, buy things and use AI features. If it cannot reach our servers, it keeps working on the plan it last confirmed for up to 7 days, and then needs to connect again. Downloads of finished files also need a new check after your plan's next renewal or end date. Your books can always be opened read-only and exported (section 3.3).
4. The Monthly plan: $1 for your first 7 days, then $14.99 a month
This plan renews automatically. By starting the Monthly plan you agree to the following:
- Today you pay $1.00 for your first 7 days (your "$1 week").
- Your $1 week ends 7 days (168 hours) after you start checkout. Unless you cancel before then, at that moment we automatically charge $14.99 to the payment method you gave us (for example, start on a Thursday at 3 PM and the charge comes the next Thursday around 3 PM), and then $14.99 every month on that same date, until you cancel. Checkout shows the date (Eastern Time), and the Account screen shows the exact time.
- Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies.
- You can cancel anytime in the app under Account, Manage billing, Cancel plan; without the app, on our billing page at inkbound.design/billing/, where you sign in with your email address; or by emailing hello@inkbound.design. Canceling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We email you a reminder at least 2 days before your first $14.99 charge, and a yearly reminder of your plan, its price and how to cancel.
4.1 What the $1 week includes. Everything in Inkbound, except downloading finished publishing files. Those files are: the print interior PDF, the print cover PDF, the EPUB, the eBook cover and audiobook files. The plain manuscript backup in section 3.3 is always available. AI features use credits (section 8).
4.2 Start my month now. During your $1 week you can choose "Start my month now" in the app. We then charge your first $14.99 right away and unlock file downloads. Your monthly renewal date becomes that day of the month. The unused days of your $1 week are not refunded or carried over.
4.3 Renewals. Each monthly charge is made automatically on your renewal date. Our payment processor, Stripe, emails you a receipt. The Account screen in the app shows your next renewal date and amount. Once a year, on the day your plan started, we email you a reminder of your plan, its price, how often it is charged and how to cancel.
4.4 Canceling.
- During your $1 week: you are not charged $14.99. Your access continues until your $1 week ends, 7 days after you started checkout (when your first $14.99 would have been charged), and then ends.
- During a paid month: your access continues until the end of the month you already paid for and then ends. No further charges are made.
- Without the app: sign in with your email address on our billing page at inkbound.design/billing/ and cancel there, or email hello@inkbound.design. A cancellation by email takes effect when we receive it: if a charge is made after that, we refund it.
- Canceling does not delete your account, your books or your AI credits. You can start a plan again later, but the $1 week is only available once (section 5).
- Except where the law requires or sections 4.6, 6.6 or 15.2 say otherwise, we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
4.5 If a payment fails. If a monthly renewal fails, Stripe retries the charge for up to 2 weeks, and your access continues while it does. During that time the app shows a banner, and Stripe emails you, asking you to update your card. If the last retry fails, your plan is canceled and access ends. If your first $14.99 (at the end of your $1 week) fails, file downloads stay locked, and you can keep using Inkbound for 48 hours after it was due; after that, the app stays locked until the payment goes through, and your books can still be opened read-only and exported (section 3.3). You can update your card anytime under Account, Manage billing.
4.6 Price changes. If we change the monthly price, we email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies to you, with the new price, the date it starts and how to cancel. If you cancel before then, you are never charged the new price. If you are charged the new price and cancel within 14 days after that charge, we refund the part of it for the days left in that month.
4.7 Your consent. Before you check out, the app asks you to tick "I agree" to these Terms and the auto-renewal terms above, and Stripe's checkout asks you to accept them again. We record which version of these Terms you accepted and when. For each checkout we also keep a record of what you agreed to: the plan, the price and first-charge date shown, the exact text shown at checkout, and when. We keep these consent records for 3 years, or until 1 year after your plan ends if that is later. After you start the plan, we send a confirmation email that repeats the auto-renewal terms and explains how to cancel.
5. One $1 week per person and per card
5.1 The $1 week is for new customers. It is available once per person and once per payment card.
5.2 We check this using your account and a card "fingerprint", a code our payment processor creates that identifies a card without revealing its number.
5.3 If your account has already had a $1 week or any earlier plan, checkout shows $14.99 for your first month and there is no $1 week. Checkout cannot check your card before you pay, so we check it right after (section 5.4).
5.4 If, before your first $14.99 charge, we find that a $1 week was started with a card that already had one on another account, or by a person who already had one under another account, we may cancel that plan and refund its $1 in full. We email you when we do. Your access then ends, and you can start the Monthly plan again at $14.99 for your first month. After your first $14.99 has been paid, we do not cancel the plan for this reason.
In every case in 5.3 and 5.4, that checkout does not earn anyone a referral reward.
5.5 Card records. To apply this section and to prevent abuse of the referral program, we store the card fingerprint our payment processor gives us (section 5.2) and a coded summary of the card (a one-way hash of its brand, last 4 digits, issuing country and type). We may also mark an account for review, for example after a payment dispute, a reused card, a duplicate purchase or a card issued outside the US (section 2.5). The Privacy Policy has more detail.
6. Lifetime license: $129 once
6.1 A Lifetime license is a one-time payment of $129.00 (US dollars, plus any tax that applies). You can buy it at any time, including during your $1 week or a paid month. The one exception: while a 14-day publishing trial you started before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026 is still running, it finishes on the terms you agreed to (section 14.2), and you cannot start the Monthly plan or buy Lifetime in Inkbound V3 until it ends or you cancel it.
6.2 What "Lifetime" means. A personal license to use the Inkbound app for Mac, including future versions and updates we release for it, for as long as we offer Inkbound, and after that as section 6.6 says. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the product, not your lifetime or ours.
6.3 What it does not include.
- AI credits. AI features use credits you buy separately (section 8). Lifetime owners earn 400 AI credits for each qualifying referral (section 9).
- Separate new products we may launch under a different name.
6.4 Switching from Monthly to Lifetime.
- If you buy Lifetime during your $1 week, your Monthly plan is canceled right away, no $14.99 is charged, and the $1 is not refunded.
- If you buy Lifetime during a paid month, your Monthly plan is canceled right away. There is no refund for the rest of that month or for any earlier payment.
6.5 If a Lifetime payment is refunded or reversed. If your Lifetime payment is refunded or reversed through a chargeback, the license ends. If we win a chargeback dispute, the license is restored.
6.6 If we stop offering Inkbound. We do not plan to. If we ever do:
- we will email you at least 90 days before online services end, or, if events outside our reasonable control make that impossible, as early as we reasonably can;
- your books stay on your Mac, and you can always open and export them (section 3.3);
- AI features, accounts and other online services will end;
- if you own a Lifetime license, we will release a final update before online services end that lets you keep writing and exporting your books in the app offline, without an account;
- a Monthly plan stops renewing, and if online services end before the end of a month you paid for, we refund the days left in that month; and
- if you ask us before online services end, we refund the AI credits you paid for and have not used, at the average price you paid per credit. For this, we count free credits (such as starter, welcome and referral credits) as used before credits you paid for, so we refund your remaining balance up to the number of credits you paid for, less any we already refunded. Free credits themselves are never refunded.
7. Taxes, currency and payment processing
7.1 All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies.
7.2 Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
7.3 Promotional codes are not accepted on the Monthly plan or on AI credit packs.
8. AI credits
8.1 What credits are for. Inkbound's AI features (for example your AI staff, the AI Writer, filling the Story Bible from your manuscript, the cover painter and audiobook narration) use credits. Before you spend credits, the app shows estimates of what AI actions cost, next to the AI features and on the AI credits screen. The charge is worked out from what the AI actually reads and writes, so it can differ from the estimate, and it is often lower.
8.2 Credits are not part of any plan. Neither the Monthly plan nor a Lifetime license includes credits.
8.3 Free credits. Every new account gets 50 starter credits, once. A friend who enters your referral code before checkout gets 80 welcome credits once their first plan payment (their $1 week or a Lifetime purchase) goes through, unless the referral fails one of the first three conditions in section 9.5.
8.4 Buying credits. Credits are sold in packs. Each pack is a one-time payment. Credit packs are never a subscription and are never charged automatically. The price is shown before you buy.
8.5 No expiry. Credits do not expire, unless we tell you otherwise when you receive them (for example a promotional grant with an end date).
8.6 You need a plan to spend credits. Credits can only be used while you have a Monthly plan, a Lifetime license or referral access. If your plan ends, your credits stay in your account and you can use them again if you come back.
8.7 Refunds. Payments for credit packs are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or section 6.6, 13.2 or 14.4 says otherwise. If an AI request fails because of a problem on our side, the credits for that request go back to your balance automatically.
8.8 No cash value. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money.
8.9 Changes to credit costs. We may change how many credits an AI action costs, for example when our providers change their prices. The app shows an estimate before you spend (section 8.1). A change never reduces the credits already in your balance.
8.10 Mistakes and misuse. We may remove credits added by mistake, through fraud, or from a payment that was refunded or reversed.
8.11 Deleting your account. If you delete your account, any unused credits are lost.
9. Refer a friend
9.1 How it works. Every account has a referral code. Share it with a friend. Your friend enters your code in Inkbound before starting checkout. When your friend's $1 week payment (or a Lifetime purchase) goes through, you earn 1 free month. A friend who enters your code before checkout gets 80 welcome credits once their first plan payment (their $1 week or a Lifetime purchase) goes through, unless the referral fails one of the first three conditions in 9.5 (for example, they use your card or a card already used for a $1 week). Your own limits in 9.6 do not affect your friend's credits.
9.2 What 1 free month means for you. It depends on your plan when the reward is granted:
- No plan: 30 days of Inkbound access, added after any referral access you already have. No card is needed. When referral access ends, nothing is charged; you simply choose a plan if you want to continue.
- Monthly plan (including your $1 week): a $14.99 credit on your billing account. It is applied to your next monthly bill.
- Lifetime license: 400 AI credits.
This free month (or 400 AI credits for a Lifetime owner) is the only referral reward, with one exception: if a friend who used your code started a 14-day trial before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026 and it converts (section 14.2), you get 400 AI credits under the old program instead of a free month, with no waiting period and no reversal. Before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026, a referrer also earned AI credits when a friend who used their code bought a credit pack. That commission ended then; commission credits already earned stay in your account.
9.3 Waiting period. A reward is pending for 7 days after your friend's payment, and is then granted.
9.4 If your friend's payment is refunded or disputed. If any of your friend's plan payments is refunded in full or disputed within 30 days after their qualifying payment, the reward is canceled (a refund of a charge made in error, section 13.2, does not count). If it was already granted, we reverse it: an unused billing credit is removed, referral access days are removed (your access is never ended retroactively), and for a Lifetime owner the 400 AI credits are removed from your credit balance, up to whatever remains unspent (your balance never goes below zero).
9.5 Who counts as a qualifying friend. A referral qualifies only if all of these are true:
- your friend is a real, separate person who has never had an Inkbound plan;
- your code was entered before your friend started checkout;
- your friend's card is not one used on your account and has never been used for a $1 week; and
- you are under the limits in 9.6.
9.6 Limits.
- At most 12 rewards in any 12-month period, of any kind (free months or AI credit rewards), counting rewards that are still pending or held for review. A friend who qualifies while you are at the limit does not earn you a reward, then or later.
- More than 3 qualifying referrals in one day are held for manual review.
- One reward per friend, ever.
9.7 Not allowed. You may not refer yourself or your own other accounts, use fake or disposable accounts, pay or bribe people to sign up, send spam or unsolicited messages, place ads that bid on "Inkbound" or similar words in search engines or elsewhere, post your code on coupon, deal or discount-code sites, or describe Inkbound in a misleading way (for example calling it free). When you share your code in public posts, reviews or videos, clearly say that you get a reward if people sign up with it. If we find abuse, we may cancel rewards, turn off referral features for your account, or suspend the account.
9.8 No cash value. Rewards have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. A billing credit can only be used toward Inkbound bills and is not paid out if you cancel.
9.9 Changes. We may change or end the referral program. We tell you in the app or by email at least 7 days before a change takes effect. Rewards already granted stay yours (except as section 9.4 says), and a referral that qualified before a change is still rewarded under the rules that applied when it qualified.
9.10 Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
10. Your books and your content
10.1 You own your work. Your manuscripts, covers, notes and files belong to you. Inkbound saves your books on your Mac. We do not receive a copy of your books, except the parts you choose to send to AI features (section 11).
10.2 What you let us do. You let us process the content you send through Inkbound's online features only to provide those features to you. We do not use your writing to train AI models.
10.3 Things you add. You need the rights to anything you add to Inkbound, such as images on your Mood Board, character portraits and cover references.
10.4 Back up your work. Your books live on your own computer, so please keep your own backups. We are not responsible for files lost from your device.
10.5 Publishing. Inkbound helps you prepare files for stores and printers such as Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, but we do not control them. We cannot promise that a store will accept, publish or sell your book. Always check a printed proof and each store's current requirements. You supply your own ISBNs; Inkbound only creates the barcode.
10.6 Store rules about AI. Some stores ask authors to disclose AI-generated content (Amazon KDP does). Following those rules is your responsibility.
11. AI features
11.1 AI features run through our servers using third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI). The text and images you choose to send are processed by those providers to produce your result.
11.2 AI can be wrong, can repeat common phrases or images, and is not professional advice. Please review what it gives you before you use it. To the extent the law allows, what the AI produces for you is yours to use, but some AI output may not be protected by copyright and may resemble other content.
11.3 Do not use AI features to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualizes minors, or breaks our AI providers' usage policies. We may refuse or limit requests.
11.4 AI features, models and credit costs can change, and AI features may sometimes be unavailable.
12. Your license to use the app, and fair use
12.1 We give you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Inkbound app on Macs you own or control, to create your own books, while you have a plan, a Lifetime license or referral access. Without a plan, the same license lets you open your books read-only and export them (section 3.3), and section 6.6 applies if we stop offering Inkbound. You may sell the books you make with Inkbound.
12.2 You may not: share your account; resell or rent access; copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it; get around plan checks or download locks; overload or interfere with our servers; use automated tools to misuse AI features; or misuse the referral program.
12.3 The app updates itself. Updates can add, change or remove features. If we plan to remove a major feature from paid plans, we will tell you in the app or by email before we do.
13. Refunds and payment disputes
13.1 Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This covers the $1 week, Monthly payments, Lifetime and AI credit packs, with the few exceptions these Terms state (sections 4.4, 4.6, 6.6, 13.2, 14.4 and 15.2). You can cancel anytime (section 4.4), and the $1 week is the way to try Inkbound before you pay full price.
13.2 We always fix billing mistakes and duplicate charges. If we charge you by mistake, charge you twice for the same thing, or charge you after you canceled, we refund the amount charged in error to your original payment method. Some purchases we refund automatically: a second plan or license bought for an account that already has one, and a purchase paid with a card issued outside the US (section 2.5). If you think a charge is wrong, please email hello@inkbound.design as soon as you can. Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days.
13.3 If you dispute a plan payment with your bank, then as soon as the dispute is opened, a Monthly plan is canceled and a Lifetime license is suspended. If the dispute is decided in our favor, we restore the Lifetime license, or for a Monthly plan we give you access for whatever remains of the period you paid for. A canceled Monthly plan does not restart; to continue after that, you can start the Monthly plan again at $14.99. A dispute over a $1 week payment alone restores nothing, because no full month was paid. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the license or plan ends. Referral rewards tied to that payment are reversed and are not restored (section 9.4).
13.4 If we refund a plan payment in full (including just the $1), the plan that payment was for ends right away: a Monthly plan is canceled with no further charges, and a Lifetime license ends. Referral rewards tied to that payment are reversed as described in section 9.4. This does not apply when we refund a charge made in error under section 13.2: that refund leaves your plan as it is. A partial refund does not end a plan.
14. If you used Inkbound before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026
14.1 Lifetime owners. If you bought an Inkbound license before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026 (including founding or early access licenses), you keep lifetime access as described in section 6, including Inkbound V3 and later versions. AI credits remain separate, as before.
14.2 Publishing trials already in progress. If you started a 14-day publishing trial before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026, it finishes on the terms you agreed to: $129.99 is charged on day 14 unless you cancel before then, and you then own a lifetime license, as in 14.1. New 14-day trials are not offered from then on.
14.3 If your trial was canceled, or its $129.99 charge failed (whenever that happened), that trial gives you no license. You can choose the Monthly plan, starting with the $1 week if you have not had one (section 5 still applies to your card), or a Lifetime license.
14.4 If you used Inkbound for free, or bought AI credits, before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026. From then, writing in Inkbound needs a plan (section 3). Your books stay on your Mac, and you can always open them read-only and export them as a manuscript backup (section 3.3). AI credits you bought before then stay in your account and can be used whenever you have a plan (section 8.6). If you would rather not keep them, email hello@inkbound.design from your account's email address, and we will refund the credits from packs you bought before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026 that you have not used, at the average price you paid per credit in those packs. For this, we count your other credits (free credits and credits you bought later) as used first, so we refund your remaining balance up to the number of credits those packs gave you, less any we already refunded.
14.5 Discount codes from before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026 stop working then (section 7.3).
14.6 These Terms and earlier purchases. There were no Inkbound Terms when you bought before 10:00 AM Eastern on October 22, 2026. These Terms apply to your use of Inkbound from then, and the app may ask you to accept them, for example before a purchase. They never take away lifetime access you bought before then, whether or not you accept them, unless that payment is refunded or reversed (section 6.5 and section 13).
15. Ending your account
15.1 You can stop using Inkbound at any time. To delete your account, email hello@inkbound.design from your account's email address. We delete it within 30 days of your request, or tell you within that time why we must wait (for example, an open payment dispute). Deleting your account cancels any Monthly plan right away, ends any Lifetime license and removes your unused credits; none of these is refunded, except where the law requires. We keep only what the law or these Terms need: payment and tax records, the consent records in section 4.7 for as long as stated there, and, under a code instead of your account, the card codes and referral records that apply the one $1 week per card rule (section 5) and the one reward per friend rule (section 9.6). The Privacy Policy lists each one and how long we keep it.
15.2 We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, commit fraud, abuse the $1 week or the referral program, or if the law requires it. We will tell you why where we reasonably can. If we end a paid plan without good reason, we will refund the unused part of it.
15.3 However your account ends, your books stay on your Mac.
16. Other services
Inkbound works with services we do not control, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (accounts), our AI providers, and stores and printers such as Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
17. Disclaimers
Inkbound is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Inkbound will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that files it makes will be accepted by any store or printer. This does not affect rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
18. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Five Line Studio, LLC and its members, managers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sales or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Inkbound is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. These limits do not apply to liability the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.
19. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover Five Line Studio, LLC's reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, of claims made by other people that arise from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of Inkbound.
20. Governing law and where disputes are decided
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
20.2 Before starting a formal dispute, please email hello@inkbound.design and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
20.3 Any dispute about these Terms or Inkbound will be brought only in the state courts located in Collier County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
20.4 Nothing in this section takes away a protection that the consumer laws of the state where you live give you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1 We may update these Terms. The version date at the top will change.
21.2 For a material change, we will tell you by email or in the app between 7 and 30 days before it takes effect, and the app may ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. If you keep using Inkbound after it takes effect, the new version applies to you. Price changes follow section 4.6.
21.3 Changes do not apply to a dispute that started before the change.
